Professor Kent Lundin is a professor of Digital Marketing at Brigham Young University–Idaho, founder of KentLundin.com, and an early leader in integrating Artificial Intelligence into marketing strategy and education. His work focuses on the intersection of entities and knowledge graphs, schema markup, and answer-optimized content — the three core pillars that make content interpretable and retrievable by AI systems.
He is one of the first educators and thought leaders to formally teach, publish about and systematize Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — the next evolution of SEO designed to help content be understood, trusted, and cited by AI systems like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity.
